Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in CIB Markets area projects. Strong knowledge of Trading Desk & Risk metrics (CVA, DVA, FVA).

Advanced expertise in:

Programming: Java, Python (Scala a plus). Storage: AWS S3, Azure Data Lake Storage. Ingestion/Messaging: Kafka, Kinesis, Pub/Sub. Orchestration: Sqoop, Flume, Airflow. Processing/Compute: Apache Spark, Databricks, Hive/Impala. Metadata/Governance: Hive Metastore, Delta Lake, Glue Data Catalog, Apache Atlas. Formats: Parquet, ORC, JSON. Big Data/DB: Spark SQL, Delta Lake, Cloud SQL.

Familiarity with C++ desirable. Experience in Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban) with tools like Jira, Confluence. Knowledge of GitHub, Jenkins, Sonar, ServiceNow, Hue. Soft Skills Strong communication and collaboration skills. High adaptability, proactivity, and results orientation. Strong analytical capacity with business-oriented mindset.
