Educating other members of the team - you are the bridge between the Dev and the Ops - help people around you get the best of both worlds. Understanding the needs and challenges of clients across operations and development. Engaging in building the right solution that meets the client’s technical and business requirements. Responding to the needs of development teams in projects. Creating and updating technical documentation. Managing tasks within ServiceDesk DevOps - supporting development teams. Salary range:Poland & EU: PLN 16,800 - 28,200 (B2B contract) + 20 paid days offPoland: PLN 14,000 - 23,500 (Contract of Employment).RequirementsWe want you on board if you have: Minimum 5 years of DevOps experience. Very good command of written and spoken Polish and English (C1). Solid experience with Azure Solid experience with Kubernetes (especially AKS). Solid practice with management and automation of CI pipelines (CircleCI, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Gitlab CI, Github Actions) and gitops tools like ArgoCD or FluxCD. Solid experience in Linux administration and Docker. Experience with high-available and high scalable environments. Hands-on experience with IaC tools like Terraform, Azure Bicep. Experience with scripting/programming languages (Bash, Python, Go). Ability to identify a problem/opportunity and propose a working and credible solution. Practice with monitoring/data collection tools: Azure Monitor, Prometheus/Loki, DataDog, Graylog, ELK stack, Zabbix. Experience (lab level) with other orchestration tools like Azure App Service/Container Apps, Rancher, Nomad, k3s, minikube. Implementation of solutions according to Well-Architected Framework standards. Proactive security-first approach. Nice-to-haves: Good knowledge of configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, Puppet. Experience with Software Engineering. Courage in making decisions. Experience with virtualization hypervizors like vmware, Proxmox. Network knowledge on L2 and L3.
