We are seeking a QA Automation Engineer to join our client, a fast-growing technology company delivering advanced IT services and cloud-based solutions to international clients. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test cases, enhancing test frameworks, and integrating automation within CI/CD pipelines to identify issues early in the development cycle. We are looking for someone with strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset focused on improving testing processes and software quality.   Responsibilities

Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Owners, Developers, DevOps, and other QA Engineers to test and deliver new product features Analyse business requirements, internal designs, and non-functional requirements Participate in user story estimation and sprint planning Design and maintain automated test frameworks for API and mobile testing Implement BDD/TDD practices across all software solutions Write and execute automated test scripts to achieve strong regression and integration coverage Perform exploratory manual testing when needed and document edge cases Review system logs, monitor databases, and identify opportunities for automation Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines Follow industry best practices to ensure reliability, maintainability, and scalability of testing processes

  Expected competences and knowledge

3+ years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer in a modern software development environment Hands-on experience with TypeScript or JavaScript, preferably in a microservices architecture Proven experience with API automation (REST APIs, integration testing) and mobile automation (iOS and Android) Strong BDD/TDD background, with emphasis on automation over manual testing Good understanding of the test pyramid and experience designing maintainable test frameworks Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines Familiarity with SpecFlow Working knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases Experience with Git-based version control systems (GitLab, GitHub, or Bitbucket) Experience working in Agile environments (preferably Kanban)

Nice to Have

Experience in the payments industry or familiarity with PCI DSS standards Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
