Technical Oversight: Ensure that solutions are user-friendly, logically designed and maintainable, adhering to best practices in IT architecture. Documentation and Standards: Create, maintain & review comprehensive documentation for design, deployment processes, standards, and best practices. Intercultural Communication: Foster an environment of open communication and collaboration among diverse teams across different geographical locations.  Our requirements 4+ years of experience as UI/UX Designer, Experience in designing web applications confirmed by projects in the portfolio Experience in gathering requirments from different type of stakeholders Strong visual design aesthetic Experience in working with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, analysts, and stakeholders) Experience in using workshop tools (Miro / Figma) Understanding of API. Experience with API design will be appreciated. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Intercultural Competence: Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment, respecting diverse perspectives and fostering teamwork.
