You will play a pivotal role in designing scalable, maintainable automated testing solutions across multiple project phases - driving innovation, reducing risk, and elevating quality standards in complex systems. Designing and performing automated tests in accordance with industry best practices and integrated with CI/CD pipelines Develop detailed implementation roadmaps, including KPIs, migration plans, and training strategies. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including testers, developers, DevOps, and architects, to ensure seamless adoption and execution. Prepare clear documentation, reports, and standards that facilitate ongoing automation excellence. Support the implementation of standard practices, test data management, and observability frameworks. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize testing stability, coverage, and performance. You're ideal for this role if you have: At least 3 years of experience in automation testing or related roles, with proven expertise in API testing. Solid knowledge of testing tools, frameworks, and CI/CD integrations. Strong understanding of test architecture design, test data management, and automation standards. Experience in designing scalable and maintainable automation solutions within complex environments. Ability to work effectively in hybrid/remote settings, with excellent communication skills in Polish. Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaboration tools. Hands-on experience with test automation tools and scripting languages. It is a strong plus if you have: Certifications in test automation or related fields. Experience working in insurance or enterprise system landscapes. Knowledge of performance testing and observability tools.
