Candidates must possess a strong background in executing large-scale ERP programs and demonstrate a thorough understanding of the relevant processes. The ideal candidates will be available for full-time work either onshore or nearshore, with a preference for Poland, and should be ready to start as soon as possible.Main Responsibilities:The Delivery Lead will play a crucial role in the main program, overseeing the governance, strategic alignment, and execution of functional workstreams.Key responsibilities include: Break down high-level program plans into executable workstream plans. Ensure adherence to program standards and documentation protocols (JIRA, Confluence, etc.). Align dependencies with client’s business and tech teams, and implementation partners. Anticipate and escalate risks and issues for leadership decisions. Represent the Functional workstream in forums and facilitate discussions for solutions. Maintain visibility and alignment in program forums as the primary point of contact. Key Requirements: Strong experience in global transformation program delivery and ERP implementations. Experience in cross-functional integration and complex stakeholder management. Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA roll-out methodologies. Understanding of various project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, SAP Activate). Excellent communication and facilitation skills. Comprehensive understanding of ERP-supported end-to-end business processes, focusing on OTC/R2R. Knowledge of internal governance and decision-making structures in transformational programs. Nice to Have: Experience in process automation and optimization techniques. Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools. Understanding of change management principles.
