You will be responsible for ensuring the successful operation of production systems and serving as an escalation point for system-related issues.Your main responsibilities: Monitor and validate critical jobs and system processes. Troubleshoot and resolve system failures. Interface with external customers and internal teams. Run SQL queries and analyze datasets. Set up new customers and test files for accuracy. Identify and report production defects. Adhere to audit control procedures and identify improvements. You're ideal for the role if you have: 2+ years of experience with UNIX/Linux and SQL. 2 (two) plus years of experience with SQL, including reading and writing Proficiency with laptop and desktop computers Proficiency with Microsoft Application Suite. Ability to understand program logic and read code. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (B2/C1). Customer-focused with a strong sense of urgency.
