Information about the project:Rate: up to 200 PLN/H net + VAT, B2BLong-term cooperationStart: January 2026Location: Cracow – 1x per week in the office SummaryThe role of the Azure Data Engineer primarily involves developing and maintaining data ingestion and transformation pipelines using Azure services to meet business data needs. Main Responsibilities Building and operating ingestion and transformation pipelines using Azure services Automating deployments and monitoring using Azure DevOps Collaborating with Data Architect to ensure alignment with company standards and best practices Taking ownership of issues from diagnosis to resolution, promoting continuous improvement  Key Requirements Solid background in Azure event-driven services (Event Hubs, Event Grid, Functions, Logic Apps) Hands-on experience with data lakes and pipelines (Databricks, ADF, Synapse) Skilled in organizing, optimizing, and securing data in Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS Gen2) Knowledge of governance frameworks and tools (Unity Catalog, RLS, Data observability tools) Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps) and analytics integration (e.g., PowerBI Datasets) SQL proficiency in designing procedures, views, optimizations, and building models Experience with structured streaming or delta live/Lakeflows Experience building ingestion from external REST APIs at scale Strong problem ownership and analytical judgement Ability to collaborate across cultures and communicate technical concepts Proactive, ownership-driven mindset Fluent English
