Benchmark system accuracy (TTFT, TTOT) and propose improvements. Develop ingestion improvements, chunking logic, metadata, multimodal extraction. Integrate audio/video pipelines (Whisper, OCR, table extraction). Build benchmarking scripts & validation frameworks. Work with DevOps & Data teams on reliable ML deployments. Requirements Strong experience with embedding models and RAG retrieval. Experience benchmarking GenAI / LLM systems. Multimodal extraction (OCR, speech-to-text, image/table extraction). Polish-speaking (required). Experience working with Polish-language models.
