Design and develop secure, maintainable, scalable, and well-documented software solutions aligned with business needs. Provide application support and ensure smooth operation across systems. Work closely with development teams to deliver performant and scalable web applications using OutSystems. Ensure excellent user experience and deliver high-quality, end-to-end enterprise solutions. Main Activities Clarify and validate requirements with stakeholders. Design and develop software functionalities and integrations. Ensure all developments meet coding, quality, data, and security standards. Optimize and maintain existing code components. Integrate software packages and configure system settings. Define test strategies and prepare deployment tools for multiple environments. Maintain and update technical documentation. Participate in internal developer communities and share best practices. Continuously expand knowledge of new IT technologies. Required Experience 5+ years of OutSystems development experience. 4+ OutSystems certifications. Strong experience collaborating with designers, SMEs, and business stakeholders. Proven ability to lead front-end development in OutSystems, delivering responsive and accessible applications. Skilled in enforcing coding standards, improving performance, and maintaining code quality.
