We currently have a team of 35 people and the company continues to grow. We train, provide consulting, and create solutions in Robotic Process Automation, Document Understanding, Task Mining, AI Conversational platforms and other low-code tools.Who are we looking for?We are looking for people to join our team who will be educated to become RPA Developers. This means that experience in Robotic Process Automation is not required - although if you have already done something in this area, it will be a plus for us. As a company, we have the knowledge, skills and time that we will put into making you a reliable and independent developer. We prepare our bots as a team (each bot is written by a group of 2-4 people, depending on the size and complexity), so you will practice under the supervision of more experienced developers.Who are we not looking for?In Office Samurai, our developers do not only create bots, but play a much wider role. This means that part of your duties - in addition to development - will be participating in the analysis of processes, valuation of the labor intensity of their automation, preparation of documentation, tests, and maintenance of bots already introduced for production. We will teach you each of these things, but you need to know that if you dream of working only with computers ('I didn't become a developer to talk to people'), working with us is not for you.What will you be responsible for?=> In the first weeks: Doing basic trainings on one of the most frequently used technologies (UiPath, Blueprism) Performing the training tasks we have designed and then correcting them in accordance with the feedback from an experienced team member Getting to know our good development practices => In the first months Performing (under the watchful eye of more experienced colleagues) more and more complex components for the automation we are currently creating. Each component will be prepared in accordance with our best practices and will be tested independently of the entire bot Support the rest of the team in work related to the documentation, analysis and valuation of the processes After gaining experience, going through advanced training in the chosen technology => Target responsibilities Active participation in all phases of automation projects (from process search to automation, through design and development of solutions, preparation of documentation, to testing, implementation, and maintenance of our solutions) Development of competencies by learning new RPA technologies Supporting our clients in technical matters Supporting less experienced team members Other career paths are also possible - training, infrastructure preparation, programming, analytics, etc. What do we expect? Business experience or a technical educational background (e.g. Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or related fields) „Technical mind” Good handling of technology and willingness to learn new solutions Logical and precise thinking skills Reliability and attention to details Good cooperation with the rest of the team and with our client’s employees Knowledge of the English language at the level of min. B2 Responsibility and commitment to the performed tasks What will be additional value for us? Successful workshop participants will then have interviews scheduled with our management team. These interviews can be conducted either online or in-person at our office. We plan to hire 1-2 Junior Samurai.
