🔎 WHY US?At Order Group, we're experts at putting green energy technologies like solar, wind, and hydroelectric power to use.Currently we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Delivery team.Are you passionate about shaping the future of energy?🎯 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Leading IT projects (mostly for energy industry) within defined scope, time and budget Daily cooperation with a dedicated IT teams Understanding business processes and IT Architecture and defining project plan accordingly Facilitating SCRUM framework and running the software management process in the agile way Managing the full end-to-end process from idea to design & developing the product Build and manage strong relationships with stakeholders Sharing experience and educating other team members about agile mindset and best practices Being agile and proactive while taking part in Meetings, Sprints and other SCRUM rituals Supporting formal process related to accounting & billing the work Assisting our clients in making key decisions at every stage of product development Keep your team morale high Actively participating in the work of the project management office (e.g. building/optimizing project tools, formulating and following 'good practices', company policies and rules) Sharing insights and best practices in the field of energy industry Beeing Product Owner in some projects - depending on the project 💡 WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: Professional experience as an Project Manager (3+ years)  Professional experience working in a IT industry (2+ years)  Working experience with agile project delivery methodology Ability to work independently and managing the project Excellent command of written and spoken English (min.
