Clean, Scalable Code – You write clean, testable, and maintainable code, and are comfortable using tools like Git, PHPUnit, PHPStan, and CSFixer. Database Skills – You’re fluent in relational databases like PostgreSQL, and know how to design performant schemas, write efficient queries, and manage migrations.  Software Engineering Principles Architecture & Design – You apply SOLID principles, design patterns, and understand how to structure scalable, modular systems in a product context. API Design – You have experience designing and maintaining RESTful APIs, and know how to collaborate with frontend and mobile teams on API contracts.
