You will ensure our applications continually meet the evolving needs of internal customers, actively collaborating with stakeholders and team members to identify and implement optimizations.   What You Will Do Lead the design, development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of diverse applications using modern technologies such as Java, Docker, GitLab, and Azure Cloud.  Drive collaboration with team members and internal customers to design, adapt, and optimize custom-developed cloud solutions for diverse projects, including robust public cloud services (IaaS/PaaS).  Mentor junior developers in web development, continuously enhancing technical skills and knowledge with a focus on innovation and emerging technologies.  Utilize and mentor others in various technologies while emphasizing on customer satisfaction and high-quality delivery.   What You Bring Extensive experience with Java, Spring Boot  Nice-to-have experience with Angular  Autonomous, quality-focused work attitude, capable of leading and mentoring with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and high-quality delivery.  Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal). German language skills would be a plus, but not required.
