You will join a collaborative team focused on delivering excellent experiences for developers and control owners, while supporting broader platform initiatives. Your role will involve engaging stakeholders, communicating roadmaps, supporting pilots for new features, and ensuring that customer needs are central to all developments. You will also contribute to reporting, showcases, and continuous improvement through data-driven insights.Your main responsibilities: Supporting the product owner in engaging customers and stakeholders Running customer forums and presenting updates on product developments Aligning and communicating product roadmaps to users Collaborating with business analysts to set up and run pilots for new features Communicating new features and updates to customers effectively Testing processes and ensuring customer-centric approaches in new work and transitions Producing status reports, RAID updates, and supporting Steering Committee presentations Supporting product planning, prioritisation, and continuous improvement initiatives
