Ready to be part of it?In this role, you will: Ensure smooth operation, maintenance, and monitoring of the Quentic Platform and its underlying infrastructure. Analyze and resolve technical issues to minimize disruptions. Monitor the platform for security threats and ensure data protection according to standards. Coordinate updates and module changes from Quentic with all stakeholders. Provide first and second level customer support for end users and application owners. You’ll be a great fit if you: Have hands-on experience in application management, troubleshooting, and support, especially with Workday, Microsoft SharePoint, and PowerPlatform. Are skilled in security monitoring and compliance, including IAM and SSO tools like Sailpoint IIQ and PingID. Can manage updates and coordinate with software suppliers and hosting partners. Have basic knowledge of SAP interface technology. Communicate fluently in English and German and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
