Your Responsibilities: Leading complex IT projects for various Customer Units and clients within the FIEGE Group Coordinating the entire project lifecycle - from the tender phase to successful project completion and handover to operations Planning and managing time, budget, and resources; conducting risk assessments; and ensuring target achievement through project controlling Managing and supporting requirements analysis and concept development, and ensuring proper implementation throughout the project Facilitating project communication and coordination within interdisciplinary teams to ensure transparency for all stakeholders Taking a leading role in IT tender management, including the design and costing of customer solutions in collaboration with relevant departments Collaborating closely with FIEGE branches and customers on-site Contributing to the development and continuous improvement of the group-wide IT project organization and methodology

Acting as a moderator between various stakeholders, including Customer Units, Consulting, Tender Management, and central IT departments

We support each other and always look beyond our own responsibilities.Your Profile: Successfully completed studies in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification Solid professional experience in logistics and IT project management Strong project management skills and methodological expertise (e.g., PRINCE2 or equivalent), ideally with knowledge of agile methods Excellent communication skills, initiative, and a strong ability to develop and implement solutions Confident demeanor and assertiveness Interest in a diverse role within a collaborative and dynamic environment with plenty of room for creativity Willingness to travel (approx. 20%) Fluent in English (business level) and also in German
