Your Responsibilities: - Develop integrations and extensions in line with IT/WMS policies (e.g., change management, BY Core), including providing support to implementation teams by preparing development solutions, reviewing project specifications, and delivering “first time right” solutions.- With support from architects or senior team members: gather requirements for technical architecture, and assist with installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and development activities.- Continuously improve delivered solutions based on project reviews and problem management feedback (“lessons learned from the field”).- Analyze and resolve reported technical incidents, and initiate preventive actions to avoid recurrence (problem management).- Develop solutions/extensions/modules/components according to project needs, including preparing technical documentation and providing technical support during Go-Live.- Contribute to the development of BY WMS Core through modularity and generalization (reusability, parameterization).- Build and maintain development frameworks for BY WMS Core and downstream operational installations – manage versions, deployments (“product architecture”), and certification.- Define, implement, and maintain requirements for BY WMS hosting infrastructure – both in data centers and with cloud providers (IAAS).
