We are seeking a skilled QA Lead to oversee quality assurance across cutting-edge AI and GenAI initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in QA methodologies, a solid understanding of insurance processes, and hands-on experience testing GenAI solutions.Key Responsibilities: Lead QA efforts across multiple AI/GenAI projects Define comprehensive test strategies, plans, and documentation standards Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure high-quality deliverables Oversee testing of GenAI model behavior and validate business relevance Drive functional and user acceptance testing for AI-powered tools Mentor and support QA engineers across projects Track and report quality metrics, defect trends, and improvement areas

Align QA processes with Agile delivery timelines

Required Skills & Experience: 7–9 years in QA roles, including 2+ years in a leadership position Strong knowledge of the insurance domain (e.g., claims, underwriting, policy administration) Hands-on experience testing GenAI solutions (e.g., model responses, prompt outputs, hallucination detection) Proficiency with tools such as ADO, JIRA, Postman, Selenium, TestRail Solid understanding of API testing and automated regression testing Excellent documentation and reporting skills Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments Nice to Have: ISTQB or equivalent QA certification Familiarity with model monitoring and ethical AI validation What you can expect from us: Flexible work hours (we start between 7:00 and 10:30 am). 8-hour work time with a lunch break already included - spend the rest of the day doing what is important to you as intended in the #2h4Family program.
