This is a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with a leading firm and play a pivotal role in driving Agile project delivery. You will cooperate with high-performing teams to support global clients, ensuring successful project execution through Agile methodologies, innovation, and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

Leading Agile project delivery for AI & Data solutions on modern cloud platforms.

Facilitating Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.

Managing project timelines, scope, and resources to ensure successful delivery.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams across geographies (India, Italy, etc.).

Tracking and reporting project progress using Agile metrics and KPIs.

Identifying and mitigating risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.

Driving continuous improvement and Agile maturity within teams.

Ensuring stakeholder alignment and effective communication across all levels.

Maintaining project documentation and knowledge bases.

Supporting change management and adoption of Agile practices.

Skills and attributes for success:

Strong project management skills in Agile environments.

Expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks.

Excellent facilitation and coaching abilities.

Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication in English and Italian.

Experience in stakeholder management and conflict resolution.

Commitment to continuous learning and Agile innovation.

Ideally, you’ll also have:

Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent.

Experience with AI-driven project management tools.

Knowledge of DevOps practices and integration with Agile delivery.
