Ignite transformation in the financial sector — harness data, drive insights, and shape strategic change!Kraków-based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days/week in the office, 3 days remote)As a Senior PMO Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution undertaking large-scale transformation and change initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and governance. You will support key programmes and portfolios by analyzing project performance, maintaining governance standards, and ensuring accurate reporting to senior stakeholders. Join us to be part of innovative projects that redefine financial excellence and unlock new growth potentials.Your main responsibilities: Supporting portfolio and programme governance processes Producing and maintaining performance dashboards and analytical reports Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting project data for insights and trends Maintaining project documentation, registers, and reports in PMO tools Assisting with project planning, resource tracking, and milestone monitoring Providing guidance and basic support to project teams on PMO tools and methodologies Coordinating meetings, reporting cycles, and governance submissions Communicating performance insights to senior stakeholders Ensuring adherence to established PMO standards and frameworks
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and process simplification
You're ideal for this role if you have: Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis and project support within financial services or similar large organizations Strong expertise in Clarity (Clarity PPM) and advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables and Power Query Solid understanding of Portfolio and Project Management frameworks such as Waterfall and Agile Hands-on experience with project management tools like Clarity PPM or MS Project Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly Proven stakeholder management experience at senior levels Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Strong attention to detail and accuracy Demonstrated mindset for continuous improvement Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team
Full professional proficiency in English
