Requirements 1+ year of commercial experience in smart contract development (EVM – Solidity or SVM – Rust) 2–4 years of backend development experience (Node.js/NestJS or Java Spring) Good understanding of blockchain fundamentals (tokens, wallets, gas, basic consensus concepts) Experience working with testnet/mainnet deployments or dApp integrations English at least B2 level Ability to work 100% onsite from our office near Metro Plac Wilsona, Warsaw Nice-to-have ZK proofs, cross-chain integrations Security audit experience Rates (B2B/Freelance) Mid: 90 - 130 PLN/h Senior: 120 - 180 PLN/h Recruitment Process1.
