The role focuses on end-to-end IT asset lifecycle management and software license compliance, with a strong emphasis on ServiceNow and reporting tools.Technologies: ServiceNow (CMS/SAM), Power BI / Tableau, Excel, license, and contract management systems.Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate records of licenses, warranties, service agreements, and vendor contracts Ensure data quality within ServiceNow Review and analyze a portfolio of 800+ applications Verify and enter license and entitlement details Manage license renewals and identify missing documentation Assess usage rights, including cloud and VDI environments Support software packaging processes KPIs: License compliance, data accuracy, internal customer satisfaction, and process automation.Must Have Proven IT Asset Management experience (software/hardware) Strong ServiceNow knowledge Understanding of licensing models and contract terms Ability to interpret contracts and amendments Technical SkillsITIL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, ServiceNow.
