Responsibilities Managing the e-commerce roadmap: updates, alignment, execution Working closely with the Head of eCommerce and stakeholders across product, retail, analytics, marketing, and CRO Overseeing and leading a 6-person team (Developers, QA, Design) Analyzing eCommerce metrics (sales, conversions, user behavior) and drawing actionable conclusions; supporting A/B testing initiatives Developing the online store with an omnichannel approach in mind Representing eCommerce within the company: clear communication, explaining needs, proposing solutions Attending meetings with the Dallas team (regularly online + up to 2 onsite visits per year) Ensuring KPIs and strategic objectives are met Nice to have Participation in testing and launching major new features Contributing to team culture, morale, and atmosphere Requirements 3+ years of experience in eCommerce product management, preferably in footwear, apparel, or other high-consideration retail categories Experience managing people or leading project teams Excellent English, sufficient for cross-departmental internal negotiations Willingness to travel to the US (up to 2 trips per year) Independence and accountability – this is a decision-making role, not a coordinator position Strong analytical skills and familiarity with analytical tools (GA4, Hotjar, etc.) Nice to have: retail experience and familiarity with omnichannel environments or premium/luxury D2C brands.} What we offer Flexible, long-term cooperation Fully remote work with access to offices in Kraków / Bielsko-Biała B2B contract Real work-life balance: paid vacation, private healthcare, Multisport, life insurance, parental support, flexible hours Friendly and supportive atmosphere (training budget, English with a native speaker, referral program, team-building budget and events) All necessary equipment High organizational culture and tools that genuinely help instead of slowing you down Our recruitment process HR screen PdM screening + Task Technical screen with Tom & Haley Culture fit with Martin & Lourdes About From Poland With DevWe are an international team that values meaningful projects, strong relationships, and a healthy work-life balance.
