You will work closely with cross-functional teams to address real-world challenges, delivering innovative and technically sound solutions.We’re looking for a Senior AI Engineer who can lead projects end-to-end with minimal oversight (independent in 90–100%). Here's what you'll do: Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning models and LLM-based (Large Language Model) systems. Drive AI projects from concept to production, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability. Collaborate directly with customers and internal teams to translate business challenges into robust AI solutions. Mentor and guide other engineers, fostering best practices in model development, data processing, and software craftsmanship. Contribute to architectural decisions and help shape the company’s AI technology roadmap. Maintain deep awareness of cutting-edge AI research and tools, integrating relevant innovations into production-ready solutions. Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable production code, following standard engineering practices (git, CI/CD, testing, etc.).  Requirements: 5–8 years of hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying machine learning or AI systems at scale. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field. Deep expertise in LLMs, Transformers, PyTorch, Numpy, and Pandas, combined with strong engineering fundamentals. Proven track record of taking ML models from research to production, including MLOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). Practical experience with modern AI tooling (LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector databases, RAG systems, Copilot/Cursor, etc.). Ability to architect AI systems that balance performance, reliability, and maintainability. Excellent communication skills - able to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Proactive, independent, and capable of leading small AI teams or mentoring junior engineers. Excellent command of English (written and spoken), min. B2+ level Proficient or native Polish speaker  Nice to have: Experience leading technical initiatives or AI project streams. Deep understanding of model optimization, fine-tuning, and evaluation techniques. Familiarity with distributed training, multi-modal systems, or LLM fine-tuning and serving (LoRA, PEFT, vLLM, etc.). Knowledge of adjacent areas such as reinforcement learning, computer vision, or edge AI.
