The role focuses on analysing requirements, designing functional and system solutions, and ensuring secure, high-performance integrations in a microservices environment. Work is carried out in Agile/SCRUM teams, with close collaboration between business and IT stakeholders.Responsibilities: Analyse business and functional requirements for corporate banking processes Design functional and system solutions including processes, mock-ups, and business rules Participate in technical design with focus on integration (SOA, Web Services, REST) Ensure security and performance standards in enterprise banking environments Collaborate with developers, testers, and business stakeholders in Agile/SCRUM teams Support testing, deployment, and continuous development of in-house systems What we are looking for: Minimum 5 years’ experience as System Analyst or Product Owner in IT projects Experience in financial services or electronic banking projects preferred Practical skills in functional analysis and requirement gathering Knowledge of SOA, REST, and integration testing tools (SOAP UI, Postman) Experience with microservices solutions and documenting REST APIs (Swagger/YAML) Strong UML and BPMN knowledge, practical use of CASE tools (Enterprise Architect preferred)• Good SQL skills and experience in modelling IT systems Ability to coordinate across dependent teams and manage tasks effectively

English and Polish - fluent working proficiency
