We are supporting one of our international consulting partners in finding an experienced IAM Software Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and AWS IAM.This is an opportunity to join a global organization, where you’ll play a key role in designing secure, automated, and scalable identity solutions.Requirements 4+ years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD and Active Directory Proven experience with AWS IAM (roles, policies, STS, federation) Proficiency in Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar IaC tools Good understanding of authentication and authorization protocols: SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect Scripting/automation experience (Python, PowerShell, or Bash) Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (CloudTrail, Azure Monitor, SIEM solutions) Solid understanding of security principles and least privilege access Professional fluency in English (spoken and written) Nice to Have Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator, AWS Certified Security – Specialty, or CISSP Experience in Agile or DevOps environments Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain enterprise-level IAM and Entra ID / Active Directory solutions Integrate Entra ID with applications, AWS services, and hybrid infrastructures Define and implement access control models (RBAC / ABAC), Conditional Access, and MFA policies Automate identity lifecycle management – provisioning, deprovisioning, and role assignment Manage AWS IAM roles, policies, and federation (STS, SSO, trust relationships) Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / CloudFormation) for IAM configurations Implement secure federation standards – SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect Perform regular access reviews, audits, and compliance checks Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Security, DevOps, Cloud, Compliance) to ensure secure and efficient identity governance We offerContract Type: B2BBenefits: Private medical care (Luxmed) Sports card (Multisport) 100% remote Recruitment Process: HR interview (20 min) Technical interview (30 min) Final interview with the client
