Tasks Design and advise on OpenShift architecture and integrations. Maintain and optimize OpenShift/Kubernetes clusters. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and support incident resolution. Implement monitoring, alerting, and incident response strategies. Plan capacity, perform platform upgrades, and automate operational tasks. Ensure compliance with security and governance standards. RequirementsMust Have: 3–6 years of experience with OpenShift and Kubernetes (SRE, DevOps, or similar roles). Strong knowledge of container orchestration, networking, and security. Hands-on experience with OpenShift CLI, Operators, and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK). Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash) and automation frameworks (Ansible, Terraform). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and GitOps practices. Good command of English (spoken and written). Nice to Have: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Knowledge of OpenShift Service Mesh, Pipelines, and GitOps. Certifications (Red Hat OpenShift, CKA). Exposure to large-scale enterprise deployments and advanced networking solutions.
