Summary: This position is for a Temporary Service Owner for the document management platform M-Files, required during the absence of the permanent Service Owner. Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise between business users and technical teams. Incident and problem management: Lead root cause analysis and solutions. Resource management: Manage external vendor relationships. Document management: Maintain documentation of architecture and procedures. License and compliance management: Monitor software licensing compliance. Service Evolution: Plan and execute changes to the document management ecosystem. Governance: Ensure adherence to IT policies and service standards. Technical leadership: Drive improvement of the platform. Roadmap and lifecycle: Define and deliver service roadmap aligned with strategy. Continuous improvement: Enhance service quality and user experience. Knowledge management: Support data accuracy and accessibility strategies. Reporting: Analyze service quality and user satisfaction. KPI management: Track and improve service metrics. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Proven experience as a Service Owner in IT service management. Hands-on expertise with M-Files. M-Files certifications (preferred). Strong vendor management experience. Understanding of ITIL framework and SLAs. Excellent communication skills. Strategic thinking and technical acumen.
