You will be part of a major initiative to extend a cloud-native payment processing platform to financial institutions worldwide, enabling unified access to domestic and international payment methods. In this role, you will support the corporate client department by gathering requirements, documenting processes, and contributing to the development of key payment connectivity projectsYour main responsibilities: Collect business requirements from corporate clients and translate them into functional specifications Analyze documentation and identify improvements in existing processes Create and manage user stories and tasks in JIRA Support the design and documentation of business processes using BPMN/UML Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements Contribute to system testing and support validation of new solutions Create user documentation for developed APIs and system functionalities Validate production implementations and ensure compliance with standards Support integration projects in the GTB connectivity area, including EBICS, Multibank, and Faktor24 Contribute to the implementation of the ISO20022 standard and new connectivity initiatives You’re ideal for this role if you have: Proven experience in analyzing and gathering customer requirements Strong knowledge of business process modeling (BPMN/UML) with tools such as Enterprise Architect or Camunda Experience with JIRA for user story and task management Ability to cooperate effectively with development and testing teams Knowledge of REST APIs and JSON structures Basic knowledge of RabbitMQ or similar messaging technologies Basic experience with PostgreSQL and ability to create simple SQL queries Excellent analytical and documentation skills Fluency in Polish and good command of English (minimum B2 level) Strong communication skills and ability to work with international stakeholders We offer you:ITDS Business Consultants is involved in many various, innovative and professional IT projects for international companies in the financial industry in Europe.
