  Project

You will be involved in a financial project focused on securing, planning and coordinating releases for payment technology platforms and applications. The work centers around ensuring safe, high-quality, compliant and efficient release execution across complex financial systems, involving multiple teams, dependencies and regulatory expectations.   Responsibilities you'll have

Coordinating, planning and maintaining the release roadmap for one or more applications Planning and orchestrating multiple parallel releases and deployment activities Managing go-live and post-go-live processes, including handover to operations Tracking and coordinating change activities throughout the release lifecycle Leading decision meetings to secure stakeholder approval at key milestones Collaborating closely with development, testing, operations and product teams Increasing release efficiency through automation, DevOps practices and new techniques

  Expected competences and knowledge

7+ years of IT project management and planning experience Previous experience in release or deployment management (preferably in banking) Understanding of incident, problem and change management processes under ITIL Practical knowledge of Agile, Scrum and SAFe methodologies Strong coordination, analytical and planning skills with attention to detail Excellent communication, stakeholder management, ownership and adaptability Ability to work during non-standard hours when deployments require it Highly proficient spoken and written English
