If you have a passion for mobile technologies, proven leadership skills, and want to make a real impact on our products and solutions, we encourage you to apply!#EasyApplyResponsibilities Lead and coordinate the mobile development team, ensuring smooth operations and achievement of project goals Maintain and develop our existing app portfolio, and contribute to the migration towards a new architecture Improve team processes: participate in planning, grooming, technical discussions, and estimations Conduct regular code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support team members through coaching and mentoring Make architectural decisions and ensure solutions align with business and technical requirements Promote knowledge sharing, best practices, and encourage new ideas across the team Requirements At least 5 years of experience in mobile app development (Android and/or iOS) Solid understanding of mobile architecture and platform-specific best practices Experience working with REST APIs and sockets Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Flutter and strong knowledge of Dart (including async programming: Streams, RxDart) At least one Flutter app released in production (App Store or Google Play) Good grasp of OOP and SOLID principles Commitment to clean, maintainable code and helping others achieve the same Experience leading a development team or holding a senior position with team responsibilities Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset We offer
