At Pretius, we are looking for Senior Associate to a project in the financial industry, international team.Project / Role Lead or support implementation projects of technical solutions for tax reporting and compliance.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver data integration workflows (e.g., API-based, system-to-system).  Translate business requirements into technical specifications (BRD creation).  Support process optimization initiatives using RPA and Power BI.  Contribute to the development and maintenance of data pipelines and reporting frameworks.  Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Participate in solution testing, documentation, and deployment activities.   Requirements Experience in project management, especially in implementing technical solutions.  Process-level understanding of tax domains such as Pillar 2, Transfer Pricing (TP), and other reporting areas.  Experience in business analysis and documentation (BRD, user stories).  Technical awareness of system integrations, APIs, and data flows.  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.  Fluent English (C1 level) – both written and spoken.  Nice to have: Practical knowledge of tax systems and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle).  Hands-on experience with Power BI and RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate).  Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and enterprise architecture.  Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CBAP, UiPath, Power BI, Azure Fundamentals).   What do we offer?
