Responsibilities You are part of a team dedicated to supporting a customer in the German financial industry, specifically in the field of life insurance.

You develop Java applications with usage of techstack:

Java Swing Spring Maven GIT Jenkins Jira, Confluence Oracle, DB2

You are responsible for the product you build. You proactively bring in ideas to create innovative solutions. You work in an agile environment, using scrum. You meet with your team in the office (Katowice) at least once a month to plan your work and discuss progress. You take responsibility in a self-organized team.  Qualifications Very good communication skills in English.  Communication skills in German is a plus.  Successful completion of higher education as a qualified IT specialist or university degree in computer science.  At least 2 years of experience as a Software Developer, with skills that align with the project’s technology stack.  Experience in Life Insurance projects is a plus.  Experience working in an agile environment.  Experience working in a self-organized team.  Availability to work in a hybrid mode or remotely with at least 1 visit to the office per month.  About Fincon ReplyFincon Reply is a business and IT consultancy specializing in the financial services industry.
