Location: Fully Remote Salary: 120 - 200 PLN net/h (depending on experience, we are looking for mid and senior Candidates)  

Tasks

Perform routine maintenance, patching, and upgrades of OpenShift clusters.

Monitor cluster health and resource utilization.

Manage user access, quotas, and security policies.

Respond to incidents and conduct root cause analysis.

Collaborate with SRE and Automation teams for continuous improvement.

Requirements

MUST HAVE:

At least 3 years of experience in OpenShift/Kubernetes operations and Linux system administration.

Strong Linux administration and networking knowledge.

Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools.

Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Good command of English (spoken and written).

NICE TO HAVE:

Experience with hybrid or multi-cloud environments.

Knowledge of OpenShift Operators and GitOps.

Relevant certifications (e.g., Red Hat OpenShift Administrator, Linux).

Exposure to security hardening and compliance frameworks.
