Warsaw-based role with a hybrid setup (3 days per week on-site).As an AI Solutions Engineer, you will join our client – a major global provider of financial market infrastructure supporting worldwide trading, settlement, market data, and payment operations. In this position, you will work within cross-disciplinary AI “tiger teams,” contributing to the design, development, and rollout of AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable business value. You will collaborate with specialists across the organization to turn requirements into practical technical designs, build and deploy models, and support business case creation and implementation strategies that accelerate innovation in key AI initiatives.Key responsibilities include: Partner with subject-matter experts to design and implement AI-based solutions Gather and refine requirements, converting them into detailed technical concepts Develop and operationalize AI models using Azure and containerized environments Build evaluation datasets and perform iterative testing in short development cycles Assist in preparing business cases and technical deployment roadmaps for production rollout Conduct demonstrations and communicate progress to stakeholders Work closely with the AI Tiger Team Lead and fellow team members to ensure coordination and alignment Maintain and enhance AI ingestion flows, agent architectures, and context/prompt engineering elements Apply industry standards and best practices for version control, testing, and monitoring of AI systems

Stay informed about emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and cloud capabilities

You will be a strong fit if you have: Solid hands-on experience building AI applications with Python, Java, or TypeScript/JavaScript Strong understanding of Azure Cloud services, including deployment, configuration, and upkeep Familiarity with AI toolkits such as LangChain, vector databases, or equivalent frameworks Experience working with AI agents, RAG approaches, ingestion workflows, and prompt/context engineering A track record of delivering AI solutions end-to-end in agile, iterative environments Excellent English communication and presentation skills Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to collaborate effectively within multi-disciplinary teams Understanding of best practices across the entire AI solution lifecycle Experience converting business needs into technical solution designs We offer you:ITDS Business Consultants is involved in many various, innovative and professional IT projects for international companies in the financial industry in Europe.
