We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Python Engineer with experience in AWS to join a project for one of our global Clients from the financial services domain.In this position, you will be working on the development of a groundbreaking, AI-driven investment ecosystem/platform that revolutionizes the investment process by formulating an intuitive and human-centric design approach. This initiative transcends mere digitization, aiming to redefine investment decision-making with systematic, transparent, and intelligent solutions. The advanced AI-native platform will be meticulously designed to meet strategic needs, offering transformative capabilities for the investment landscape.The position requires a willingness to work 5 days per week in our office located in Gdansk or Krakow.Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable back-end systems utilizing FastAPI and Python Implement security and data protection measures to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of data Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless communication between different components of the application Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and bugs in a timely manner Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development processes and system performance Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Proven experience as a Back-end Developer with a focus on FastAPI and Python Hands-on experience with AWS Strong understanding of server-side logic and database management Experience with version control systems, such as Git Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Nice to have Proficiency in Generative AI Technologies Experience with Windsurf We offer
