Responsibilities: Data Deduplication & Cleaning: identify and clean duplicate software asset records in ServiceNow SAM Pro (publishers, products, vendors, software models) Contract & Catalogue Maintenance: create and maintain contract records; create catalogue items Entitlement Onboarding: upload and validate software entitlements in ServiceNow SAM Pro, ensuring correct mapping to software models, publishers, and contracts Normalization: standardize software titles and publisher names Cybersecurity Review: identify freeware titles in ServiceNow not yet reviewed by Cybersecurity; flag for assessment and follow-up  Requirements: 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro Knowledge of the SAM lifecycle, entitlement management, and software model normalization Experience with ServiceNow catalog configuration Understanding of software governance and risk management processes Strong data quality mindset, Excel/data cleaning skills Familiarity with cybersecurity processes related to software assets Knowledge of English at B2 level (minimum)  Offer: Private medical care Co-financing for the sports card Constant support of dedicated consultant Employee referral program
