To strengthen our team, we are looking for a (Junior) Social Media & Content Manager (f/m/x) who builds and grows L1VE’s presence on LinkedIn and beyond.

Your tasks

You’ll plan and execute our content strategy, create posts and articles that position us as a leader in immersive media, and help shape our voice in the global conversation.

Tasks

• Build and manage L1VE’s social media presence, starting with LinkedIn and expanding to other platforms (Instagram, Discord, Reddit, etc.)
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content: posts, articles, event coverage, and website copy
• Develop a content calendar aligned with brand, marketing, and strategy
• Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, product, design) to surface stories and insights
• Monitor engagement and performance to optimize future content
• Represent L1VE’s tone of voice and personality across every channel
• Responsibility: Take ownership of content strategy and social media execution

Your profile

Requirements

Experience & Skills:

• 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, or communications — ideally in a tech, media, or startup context
• Exceptional copywriting skills in English; storytelling mindset
• Familiarity with social analytics and scheduling tools
• Strong interest in media, technology, sports, and entertainment
• Independent, creative, and eager to experiment

Education & Languages:

• University degree
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
