Opis stanowiska

As a Junior SDR, you’ll be on the front line of our growth - identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who’s motivated, curious, and eager to kick-start a career in tech sales.Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal). Proactive attitude and strong willingness to learn. Fluent in Polish and German (native-level proficiency – spoken and written). Basic understanding of sales processes or SaaS business models. Ability to work independently and as part of our team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Responsibilities Initiate contact with prospects through email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach. Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives. Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the CRM system. Understand Autenti’s product offerings and communicate their value to potential customers. Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews. Nice to have Previous experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation. Familiarity with CRM HubSpot. Experience with cold calling and outbound prospecting. Interest in digital transformation, SaaS, and B2B sales. Strong research skills and creativity in outreach approach.
