Opis stanowiska

Wymagania

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, Initial experience (internship or 1–2 years) in HR, previous experience in Engagement Surveys or Leadership Development is a plus, Customer-oriented approach with a passion for delivering excellent participant experiences, Proactive and solution-focused attitude for continuous improvement, Ability to work collaboratively in a global team and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, Willingness to learn and grow into additional responsibilities, Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple programs and stakeholders, Ability to communicate clearly and engagingly (written and verbal), Analytical mindset for evaluating program impact and preparing KPI-based reports, Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and ideally experience with HR or learning tools (LMS, feedback platforms), Detail orientation combined with the ability to keep the big picture in mind, Fluent in English (written and spoken), German is a plus
