Zakres obowiązków Key Responsibilities SQL Server Upgrade Projects (2012/2016/2019/2022) Assist in side-by-side and online migrations. Cloud Database Projects Support migrations to AWS RDS/Aurora and Azure SQL/PostgreSQL. Implement basic HA and backup configurations. Contribute to automation scripts for provisioning and deployment. Collaboration Work closely with developers, architects, and DevOps teams to deliver database components. Participate in project planning and provide input on timelines and risks. Wymagania Required Skills Solid understanding of SQL and relational database concepts. Practical experience with SQL Server administration and upgrades. Knowledge of SSIS, SSRS & SSAS management. Familiarity with cloud database services ( AWS/Azure ). Basic scripting skills ( PowerShell, Bash, or Terraform ). Monitoring with SCOM, CloudWatch & Datadog. NoSQL basic skills ( MongoDB, DynamoDB ). Knowledge of other DBMS is an asset ( DB2 LUW, Oracle, Snowflake, My SQL ) GitHub. MS Visual Studio. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Hands-on involvement in at least one SQL Server upgrade project and one cloud migration initiative.
