Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising or related fields, Min. 3 years of experience executing 360 media campaigns within the retail, beauty industry or agency site, Experience in Microsoft Office package with excellent skills in Power Point, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Google Analytics, Fluency in communication in English and Polish. Czech or French will be an asset, Understanding or experience in cosmetic or luxury market is preferred, Superb analytical skills, understanding of complex data, Broad knowledge of media landscape in Poland and in Europe, and in-depth knowledge about digital media, Fast learner, passionate about latest trends in digital media industry, engaged in media community, Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment whilst maintaining a partnership focus throughout, Excellent organizational skills as job requires running many project/campaigns at the same time, Proactive problem-solving mindset but know when to flag any issues or concerns with Full Funnel Media Manager
