Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Economics, Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Business Administration or related field., Knowledge of Learning & Training processes, methodologies and current market trends., Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint); experience in administering Learning Management Systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) is an additional asset., Ability to build and manage effective vendor partnerships., High level of ownership, initiative and a positive “can-do” mindset., Team-oriented approach, supported by excellent communication and interpersonal skills., Initial experience or willingness to develop within an international environment and multicultural teams., Fluency in English; additional European languages will be considered a strong asset.
