We're committed to building an inclusive community where all our people thrive regardless of their backgrounds, identities, or other personal characteristics.  Tasks: Engage in managerial reporting, including preparation and analysis of financial data to support decision-making Participate in the month-end closing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting Provide daily financial support to the business Ensure strong attention to detail and apply analytical skills in all tasks Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments Manage time efficiently, set priorities, and meet deadlines Drive automation of reports and processes related to core finance activities Act as a coordinator, representing the team in discussions about automation initiatives  Requirements: 1+ years of professional experience in financial controlling or business analysis Proficiency in Excel (mandatory) and strong analytical mindset Very good understanding of financial and accounting principles Detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in reporting and analysis Strong communication and teamwork skills for collaboration with accounting and other departments Higher education (preferred: finance or accounting) Willingness to learn, openness to report automation and process improvements Knowledge of Power BI (nice to have) Missing one or two of these qualifications?
