You have at least 4 years of experience working on category development or in similar position in the FMCG industry, You know and actively use various data and analytical tools, including Nielsen Discover, Gfk and others, you are able to draw conclusions from them and build recommendations, Your strength is analytical thinking and creativity in searching for effective solutions to challenges, You are open to cross-functional cooperation, communicate effectively with others, You are proactive, independent and courageous in action, You can organize your own work well and manage many projects at the same time, You have university degree (preferred fields: economics, management, marketing or related), You are proficient in using MS Office, especially MS Excel (pivot tables, data combining functions) and Power Point, You communicate freely in English
