About 2+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field., Strong communication skills with experience in external client-facing roles., Proven ability to translate business needs into clear documentation and requirements., Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence., Basic understanding of UML diagrams., Experience working on web and mobile app projects., Ability to work effectively in a remote setting with flexibility for occasional client visits., Fluent Polish and English, with strong communicative skills in both languages., Knowledge of UML diagramming., Additional certifications in Business Analysis or related areas.
