At least 7 years of professional QA experience, including a minimum of 5 years in automation, Demonstrated QA Lead or Test Lead experience, including leading strategy, coaching engineers, and influencing engineering teams, Expert-level experience with API testing and REST Assured, Strong experience with Selenium WebDriver and scalable UI automation frameworks, Proven ability to design robust automation frameworks for microservices and web applications, Experienced with shift-left practices, including requirements validation, static analysis, and early-phase automation, Hands-on experience integrating automation into modern CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.), Excellent leadership and communication skills, especially in mentoring and influencing engineering teams, Fluent in English and Polish (written and spoken), Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience, Residing in Poland required, Experience with Azure cloud environments is a strong asset, Contract testing experience (Pact or similar), Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling), Familiarity with Angular or modern front-end frameworks, Experience validating analytics dashboards or datasets (Power BI, Databricks), Background in retail systems, promotional planning, or merchandising workflows
