Qualification: You will hold a Bachelor or similar education and demonstrate a minimum of 5 years professional experience., Experience: You will have proven experience leading projects and significant amount of FTEs, Know-how and skills: You will master project management methods, stakeholder management, ability to communicate complex information, and proficiency in English; strong analytical and budget management skills., Nice to have: You will have PMP/Prince2/Scrum certification; experience in ERP or large-scale IT migrations; familiarity with Vaillant’s environment is a plus., Personality: You will be an excellent team player, with high ethics and values; you will demonstrate empathy, resilience, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion., Language skills: You will communicate fluently in business English; additional languages are welcomed to support Vaillant’s global teams.
