Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a global and regulated environment (financial institutions)., Experience managing large, complex projects and distributed teams (onshore/offshore)., Very good knowledge of the financial industry and regulatory processes., Ability to apply Agile methodologies in project management., Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) and experience working in a matrix structure., Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in complex situations., Ability to motivate teams, provide mentoring, and manage through influence.
